    Who Needs a Business Visa?

Any foreign national travelling to Cameroon for business purposes — attending meetings, conducting negotiations, exploring investment opportunities, attending conferences, signing contracts, or overseeing short-term projects — must hold a valid business visa. The business visa is distinct from a tourist visa and from a long-stay work permit. It is designed for short-term professional visits typically lasting up to 90 days.

    Application Process

We manage the entire application process: determining the correct visa type based on your nationality and purpose of visit, preparing the application form, compiling the document package (passport copies, invitation letter from a Cameroonian entity, proof of business activities, return flight booking, hotel reservation or accommodation proof, bank statements, and yellow fever vaccination certificate), submitting the application to the Cameroon embassy or consulate, and tracking the status until the visa is issued.

    Document Requirements

    • Valid passport with at least 6 months remaining validity and 2 blank pages • Completed visa application form • Recent passport-size photographs • Invitation letter from the Cameroonian host company or business partner • Proof of return travel (flight itinerary) • Proof of accommodation (hotel booking or host letter) • Bank statements showing sufficient funds • Yellow fever vaccination certificate (mandatory for Cameroon) • Visa fee payment

    Visa Extension

If your business visit extends beyond the initial visa validity, we can apply for an extension at the DGSN in Yaoundé. Extensions are granted on a case-by-case basis and typically require a letter from the host company explaining the need for additional time. We recommend applying at least two weeks before the visa expires.
