Types of Audit We Provide

Statutory Audit (Commissariat aux Comptes) — Mandatory annual audit of financial statements for companies exceeding two of three OHADA thresholds: XAF 250 million revenue, XAF 125 million total assets, or 50 employees. Also mandatory for all SAs, banks, insurance companies and public-interest entities. Internal Audit — Assessment of internal controls, risk management processes, and operational efficiency. Recommended for companies seeking to strengthen governance and prevent fraud. Special Audit — Due diligence reviews for mergers, acquisitions, and investor due diligence; forensic investigations; and compliance audits against regulatory requirements.

Our Audit Methodology

We follow International Standards on Auditing (ISA) adapted to the OHADA framework. Our approach is risk-based: we identify material risks, design responsive audit procedures, test controls, perform substantive testing on key account balances and transactions, evaluate going-concern assumptions, and issue an audit opinion (unqualified, qualified, adverse or disclaimer). All fieldwork is supervised by a qualified auditor and reviewed by a partner.
